On Torture: President Obama Says, Follow the Army's Lead
Our new President has issued another directive. When holding and interrogating terror suspects, all U.S. personnel should follow the Army's lead. The rules and regs are specified here, in Army Field Manual 2-22.3. It's a thick book, presented in pdf.
