On Vietnam Veterans Day: A Proclamation, a Welcome, and Thank You

As far as I am concerned, until they all have been thanked properly, every day is Vietnam Veterans Day. But this is a start. To the boys of the red, yellow and green ribbons: Thank you. Welcome home.
