Let's see if my clever Milspotters can rise to today's Challenge. The only thing I will say now is, my source insists this is legit. Someone, somewhere, is driving this... umm... vehicle.

Looks like it is built on the frame of a VW Thing.
"Home made" Syrian tank
Dune buggy for munchkins.
I am thinking an jeep frame, short wheelbase. Russian PKM on the roof. Video cameras to drive with.

That is the M2012 SQV. Sequestration Vehicle. Slabs of boiler plate welded to a gamma goat frame, with a 65hp alternative fuel engine. Capable of eleven miles an hour, and stopping .22 shorts.
Armed with a bolt-action hunting rifle with a 5-round magazine and no pistol grip.
It will eventually replace the M-1 Abrams, the M-2 Bradley, and the USMC LAV-25. Because this isn't battleship.
How was that for a guess?
Oh, and it is made by a company that was a big Obama campaign contributor which received a big bailout but has now been sold to China.
Dude is like, "Punk ass kids tagged my ride...again! Dammit!"
It's an Easy-Go golf cart created for an calming 18 at Kabul's finest links.

My, what fertile imaginations you all have! Actually, Badger 6 nailed it from the get-go. It is, in fact, a home made Syrian... um... armored vehicle. It doesn't have tracks on the below-decks, so I don't feel completely right in calling it a tank. But I shall have more on the morrow. For now: Bravo zulu to all!
