Actually I'd say these guys are Koreans (of the southern variety), showing off how tough they are (and as half my family is Korean I can vouch for that), this is somewhere close to the DMZ and as to the why, I guess because they can. Believe me those dudes are tough.; December 22, 2012 at 2:16 PM
