Bin Laden Death Photos: Release to the Public, or Keep Classified? Federal Judges to Decide
Here's a tough one: A federal appeals court panel is considering whether photos of Osama bin Laden's body should be released to the public. Proponents say the government is required, as per the Freedom of Information Act, to release the photographs or explain why doing so would damage national security. It will be interesting to see which side prevails. Releasing the photos would quell rumours, but also would create a range of problems and spark several new rounds of alternate-scenario theories. I don't envy the judges.

What does it matter what the judge rules. B.O. Will cite executive privilege at the last minute, flip the judge the proverbial bird and it will not get out. Ala Fast and furious.
Yep. Business as usual for His Imperial Majesty.
