Milspotters' Challenge: A Look of Horror, With Mystery Craft
Okay, Minicapt: Do your worst! I have added an extra layer of confoundingness. A pic from earlier days. There is a reason I have a "You've got to be kidding me" look on my face. It has to do with the mystery craft, and workings thereof. Before I tell you what that's all about: Identify, if you will, the metallic object I am perched atop. Mark and Michael already know the answer, and are banned from giving it away.

I'd say that's either an F-102 or an F-106. Can't say for certain but if forced to guess I'd go with F-102. Of course, I could be (and probably am) completely wrong.
It IS an aircraft though, I think we can rule out ground vehicles of the tracked variety. Of that much I'm as certain as one can be in these uncertain times.

I'd say F-106 just based on the (guesstimation) time frame and the fact the Delta Dart would have been more in operational use by then.

As for the look on my face. Yes, my friend was very easy on the eyes - but this is a look of horror, not affection. Because... stay tuned.
