Obama's Inaugural Address: Translating Politi-speak Into Plain English

Confused after listening to President Obama's second inaugural address? Can't find the Plain English meaning inside the Politi-speak? Fear not. The Heritage Foundation's Amy Payne is bilingual. She was kind enough to translate for us, over at The Foundry. Thank you, Amy!

I didn't watch the inaugural address as the sight and/or sound of the current President makes me physically ill. I'll usually follow up with reading a transcript, in a clean room while wearing a full biohazard suit. (Okay I made that last bit up.) Getting to read a translation was a real community service. Thanks Amy for providing, thanks SKK for the link.

Ah, Americans, working together. (Psst, don't tell anybody...)
